Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Exchange of Non-Defective Product

In the case of products that do not present defects or defects after purchase, it will be at the discretion of the store to exchange or proceed with cancellation. Accordingly, here are Bambu and Co's policies in accordance with the law:

Terms and Conditions for Cancellation or Exchange

It is not possible to exchange a product with signs of use or alterations.

After receiving your package, marked by the carrier, you have up to 7 calendar days to give up your purchase.

After receiving your package, marked by the carrier, you have up to 7 calendar days to request the exchange. To make the exchange, the deadline is 30 days.

Exchange or Cancellation of Products with Customization Fees

If your purchase has customization fees, they will not be refunded nor will they count towards a possible return or exchange.

Custom Product Exchange or Cancellation

Pieces with very specific customizations (see if this is your case), by their very nature, cannot be resold, for this reason, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless they present a manufacturing defect or error on our part in the customization or are damaged or malfunctioning.
